We have a 15-day refund policy, this means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To request a return or refund, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the order number and the reasons for the return or refund, along with photos of the item with your request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, and in its original packaging.
If your return request is approved, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
The following are not acceptable reasons / conditions for returns or refunds:
- Change of mind on the purchase
- Did not like the product
- Ordered the wrong color(s) / size(s) / variant(s)
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as personal hygiene or beauty products).

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is sent untracked.
You’re eligible for a full or partial refund if your item never arrived or if the item you received is broken, defective, or is the incorrect item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Changing / cancelling your order
Please be aware that your order cannot be changed or cancelled once the payment has been processed.

Late or missing refunds
