Since some of our products are store in different warehouses, this means that sometimes it's more convenient for us to ship the items out individually, as opposed to grouping them together and ship it all at once.
To get an idea of where the rest of your order is, please check all the tracking numbers you've received for your current order.
If your order is taking longer than it should to arrive, please first check your shipping confirmation to see if you have entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct and the order hasn’t arrived after 40 business days, you may choose to continue to wait for the order, or request for a refund.
